allow our customers to get an easier return than ever.
Here are the rules to follow for your return:

You must return a product for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30
days .

When returning a product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that
can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned
item. Batterysavers.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss
from your side.

Customer must inform Batterysavers.com of any order discrepancy within 7
days of the delivery date for accurately investigator. Physical damage
to any product will void the product's warranty.

All return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for
the return shipping costs and insurance; Hence Batterysavers.com will not
reimburse any customer return shipping cost.

Please note that all returned items must be returned in
"as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories,
blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.

Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement:
If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be
unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include the
item(s) with the code number that you would like. If there is a difference
in the cost, please refer to the payment method for the difference. If you
do not include the required information with your return you will be
contacted by one of our customer support representatives. Replacement can
be made for the same products and same brand.
Warranty Information:
Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products
are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that
warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.
Return Shipping Cost:
To keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a
refund any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either
a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the
return. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canceled order or address errors:
Canceled order must be canceled within 24 hours from time of purchase. For
any refused package or any returns to Batterysavers.com due to incorrect
address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back
to your credit card with less shipping charge.
Return Procedure:
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the
guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be submitted
online. Batterysavers.com will not accept returns without prior
authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA
numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was
paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA
request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to
Batterysavers.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept
all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees
that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable
condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and
other accessories provided by the manufacture. Batterysavers.com will
reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges
against the customer for replacement of the missing component. The same
applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please
allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
All Clearance products purchased from Batterysavers.com will not be
accepted for returns.
All returns must be shipped to the following address and MUST include an
RMA number. Packaged returned the Batterysavers.com without an RMA number
may be rejected and returned to shipper (customer).
